Good to know
- Direct Debit cannot be combined with other payment options on the same form. Make a separate form for one-off payments.
- Affiliates cannot be turned on for a Direct Debit form.
- Deductions do not start on sign-up day. The bank verifies the application first, usually 3 to 5 days. The first monthly deduction runs in the month after enrolment; the first weekly one on a Friday two weeks later.
- A failed monthly deduction is retried once, between the 25th and 28th of the same month.
- Direct Debit is listed in Payment Option only when your Bayarcash portal offers it.

What happens if a deduction fails?

Can affiliates promote my Direct Debit form?
No. Affiliates cannot be enabled on a form that uses Direct Debit.
