Questions owners ask
What is the difference between Automations and a form's Notification Settings?
Notification Settings control the standard emails BCL sends for one form. Automations let you decide what happens and when, for many forms at once: WhatsApp messages, extra emails, Google Sheets, mailing lists or your own system.
Is there a template for sending WhatsApp after a successful payment?
Yes: Wabot Payment Notification, with the Payment Success trigger and a Send Wabot node. Connect Wabot or Wasapbot under Platform Setup > Integrations first.
Do I have to switch an automation on for each form?
No. An automation runs for every form that matches its trigger. To limit it to some forms, choose them in the trigger's settings.
Do I need technical knowledge to use automations?
A little. You connect a trigger to one or more actions on a canvas. The easiest start is Templates: pick the closest example and change only the wording.
Do I need an add-on?
Not to start. Payment forms, payment links, coupons and transactions need no add-on. Add-ons unlock Event Management, Lead Forms, OTP-Protected Content, COD & Manual Transfer, LHDN E-Invoice and Courier Integration. Each is monthly or yearly, renewals are invoiced (never auto-charged), and you can cancel yourself.
